a beautiful mind

I have a friend named Nate.
He has a beautiful mind.
Not to mean he is schizophrenic, but to mean he has a mind that can write things as beautiful as this.

"There may come a moment when you will hit the bottom. You will be bruised, and broken, and you will feel alone. You might be tempted to forget all the amazing experiences and all the wonderful people you have met. You might be tempted to give up and surrender to the darkness. You must not allow for such thoughts to enter your heart and mind. Cling to the thoughts that bring you to your senses. Remember the caress of someone who cares for you. Remember the kind words of a parent, a sibling, or a friend. Remember the beauty of a sunset, and the solemnity of a sunrise. Remember clear waters, and white sand. Realize that you are a piece of art. Realize that your being is not skin deep. Realize that you have endless potential, and can truly become something spectacular. You are unique. You are beautiful. You are as singular as the earth upon which you live, and you are just as much a part of this universe. Love. Allow yourself to be loved. Let go of your hate. Let go of your fears. Move forward with certainty that your bottom is only a step in helping you reach your top."
